These are our terms of service - basically the ground rules for working together. We try to keep things simple and fair. If you have questions about any of this, just give us a call and we'll explain it in plain English.
How We Work Together
When you hire us for plumbing work, we agree to do the job professionally and according to all local codes and industry standards. You agree to let us access the work area and pay for the services as agreed. Pretty straightforward stuff.
Payment - Keep It Simple
We like to keep payment simple: you pay when the work is done, unless we've worked out something different beforehand. We take cash, checks, and all major credit cards. For bigger projects, we offer financing options because we know plumbing work isn't usually a planned expense.
Our Guarantee to You
We stand behind our work with a one-year warranty on our labor. If something goes wrong with our workmanship, we'll come back and fix it at no charge. Parts and equipment come with manufacturer warranties, and we'll help you with any warranty issues that come up.
Insurance and Responsibility
We're fully licensed and insured, so you're protected if something goes wrong. We take responsibility for our work, but we can't be held responsible for problems that existed before we got there or issues not related to our work. We'll always be honest about what we can and can't fix.
